All 1 hour classes: $144 or $130 for a 10 class card Saturday Morning Blaster: $250 Seminars: $20 for 1 or $50 for 3

Kids: under 12 free with adult in adult or family classes Youth: 12-18 Half Price of Session or $65 for a 10 class card.

 

Class Descriptions:

 

Our trainers are all professionally trained exercise specialists with extensive experience, and we tailor to your needs! All levels welcome to all classes. Kids are welcome to every program we offer.

 

TRX, Strength & Core Classes:  Incredible full body strength and core workouts for optimal muscle toning, balance and recruitment. Every week is a different theme with various balance and core conditioning devices to optimize results and minimize boredom! Excellent to challenge you, prevent and treat injuries.  Beginner to elite will be challenged in these dynamic classes. Cardio & plyometric sections for all levels will be added.

BEGINNER/ REHAB/ Class:   Similar themes and plans as the above class, but designed as a post-rehab class for beginners or anyone wanting to reset sore or injured bodies. Exercises are safe, effective, help to balance muscles and joints, help to prevent and treat injuries, and are incredibly effective for toning and fat loss as well!

Parent & Tot Bootcamp:   Get back into shape, burns tons of calories and feel stronger than you ever have before! Focus is placed on efficient, effective exercises that strengthen, tone, and optimize core and back strength. Techniques will improve posture and pelvic floor recruitment and help improve metabolism!

TRX Cross Training Class:   We are one of few clubs in Calgary offering this revolutionary class! Challenge and tone your body using TRX , a suspension system where you use your own bodies and angles as the resistance!  Exercises can be modified for beginners or injuries, and can be advanced to challenge the elite athlete. Cardio, circuits , and various equipment are incorporated to maximize results and minimize boredom!

Functional Performance Training Class:   Take your training to another level! CrossFit inspired, taught by a CrossFit Certified instructor, this class combines multi-joint functional movements and power training in a high-intensity hour of circuits, drills and metabolic conditioning.  This ultimate duo will tax the capacities of all levels, from the beginner to the elite.  Each class is designed with scalability in mind making it the perfect session for any committed individual regardless of experience.

Running Bootcamps:   All levels, beginner to advanced welcome! We coach running technique to prevent and fix injuries, and design each class so you do what you can.  We incorporate walk/run intervals and teach how to plan your runs, workouts, and distances – reach any goal, we are behind you! Remember: if you are feeling ANY pain you are not running properly and we can help.  No more shin splints, plantar fasciitis, only fun running with a great group of people! 

Indoor /Outdoor Cardio Bootcamp:   All levels!  Train on cardio equipment or hills and paths outside and do different types of interval and endurance training each week! We also coach technique on all equipment and offer great options for cross training, running conditioning, and rehabilitation!

YogaRecharge your mind, body and soul with this Yoga class. You’ll learn proper alignment, breathing and relaxation techniques.  A perfect way to lengthen and tone muscles, improve endurance and balance, build strength, reduce stress, and improve overall health.
