All 55 - 85 minute classes:

Monthly Unlimited $115.50 for 1 or $173.25 for 2

Daily Drop In $20 or $157.50/10x pass (3 month expiry)

 

Seminars: $20 for 1 or $50 for 3

Kids: under 12 free with adult in adult or family classes

Youth: 12-18 Half price of all program

Our trainers are all professionally trained exercise specialists with extensive experience, and we tailor to your needs!

All strength and cardio exercises can be modified or intensified to your level. Kids are welcome to every program we offer.

CARDIO AGILITY CORE 55 MINUTES!

Boost your cardio, endurance, power and agility in this dynamic, fun, yet intense early morning cardio blast! High and low impact options for all!!

FRESH START CLASS! *FREE FOR CANCER PATIENTS AND SURVIVORS  

Classes for cancer patients/survivors. Exercises and cardio intervals are gentle yet effective and easily adaptable, and people will be challenged at their personal level. (No charge for these classes) Please email prior to attending; patient history is needed to help us prepare for class. .

WOMEN OF STRENGTH (PRE AND POST NATAL) 60 MINUTES *MUST REGISTER

Prenatal & Postnatal Training aimed at preventing and correcting pelvic floor dysfunction - diastasis recti, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic instability - and postural dysfunction. Get full-body workouts, strength circuits + intervals, based on what your core can support - get strong from the inside out!

YOGA 90 MINUTES!

Recharge your mind, body and soul with this integrative yoga class!  Learn proper alignment, breathing & relaxation techniques.  Lengthen & tone muscles, improve endurance & balance, build strength, reduce stress, & improve overall health.
